Individual Training

We have 3, 6, and 12 month packages. The 12-month package is the most cost effective. All packages include:

  • Individual workout program (in-gym)

Special Event Training

Specially designed training programs for conquering: Tough Mudders, Spartan Races, marathons, triathlons, etc. Every program includes:

  • Event-specific training (ex: obstacle training)
  • Strength training
  • Endurance training
  • Personalized nutritional plan and guidance

Post-Partum Training

Want to return to your pre-pregnancy fitness level? We can help. Once released by your doctor, our program guides you through:

  • Core strengthening
  • Stability enhancement
  • Strength Training

*All at levels that are safe for your post-partum recovery with the goal of increasing intensity until your pre-pregnancy body is back!*

Specials and Promotions:

THREE MONTH PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM FOR JUST $2,000 TOTAL (a savings of over $500). Included in this program is a one-hour consultation to review your fitness goals and create a specialized plan that sets you up for optimal success. Training consists of two one-hour personalized training sessions per week; a complete nutritional plan for the entire three months; three Styku imaging scans (beginning, mid and end of program); exercises and training to perform outside of 1 On One Fitness; and coaching, mentoring and support via text or phone when needed. (*This program is for new clients only and is good through September 2022. )
