THREE MONTH PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM FOR JUST $2,000 TOTAL (a savings of over $500). Included in this program is a one-hour consultation to review your fitness goals and create a specialized plan that sets you up for optimal success. Training consists of two one-hour personalized training sessions per week; a complete nutritional plan for the entire three months; three Styku imaging scans (beginning, mid and end of program); exercises and training to perform outside of 1 On One Fitness; and coaching, mentoring and support via text or phone when needed.
