Jeff Bryan, NASM CPT (Owner, Lead Trainer)

Jeff has been a full time certified trainer for the past 20 years. He currently holds certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer, Integrated Flexibility Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. He is also a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Instructor. He continues his education by taking advanced and specialty courses offered by some of the top educators in the industry. He believes that his education in this field has been the backbone to his success as a fitness professional.​

​Jeff’s programs are based around educating his clients on Synergy (a concern for muscle, moderate aerobic exercise, and eating right). By mastering these three concepts, you will be in control of how you look, how you feel, and how your body functions. He presses his clients to commit to the program, take responsibility, and follow through. Jeff evaluates his own performance not only on his clients’ short term results, but on their long term success!

Andrew Hinkel-Lipsker, NASM CPT

Andy is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has worked at 1 ON ONE FITNESS for over three years. He also teaches Physical Education at a nearby elementary school. Andy graduated with a BS in Kinesiology from San Diego State University in 2013 and specializes in corrective exercise, personal training and group fitness. He is also currently enrolled in the NASM Master Trainer program. Andy has been an avid football and rugby player his entire life and has studied various methods of training over many years.

His education and experience, combined with his own physical training allow him to create suitable, progressing and challenging exercise and fitness programs unique to each individual client. From challenging cardio workouts to help shed fat and lose weight, to muscle-building strength routines, and even workouts to help alleviate body pain. Andy will create a workout plan for any type of person with any fitness goal!

Brandon Westeren (CPT/CES)

Brandon has a degree is Kinesiology and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). As a Corrective Exercise and Weight Loss Specialist, Brandon will lead you on your journey to becoming a stronger, healthier you.
